The OCN NI Level 1 Award in Progression to Employment has been designed to provide learners with the skills that are most important to employers in the workplace. It will help ensure that learners develop and achieve generic, transferable skills that employers look for and consider when recruiting staff. In order to achieve the qualification learners must complete the 3-credit unit, Teamwork Skills in Practice.

This unit will enable the learner to understand the different roles and responsibilities within a team and how to contribute to a team activity. This unit can also be incorporated into other programmes within the Level 1 Award in Vocational Skills
