Learners for the Award must complete a total of 6 credits from a range including; Understanding the Catering Industry, Customer Service for the Hospitality Industry, Reception Duties in the Hospitality Industry, Housekeeping Services, Prepare and Serve Drinks, Health and Safety for Catering
